Laughter is d best medicine...




My friend once told me that her measure for a good day was to ask herself "Did I laugh today? Did I make someone else laugh today?" she felt that if she could answer yes to these questions then she had a good day. What great advice!
As they say, "laughter is the best medicine." Research actually supports this statement. Studies have shown that laughter can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, elevate mood, boost immune system function, protect your heart, and help you relax.


So make it a point to laugh everyday and/or make someone else laugh. ...........
